Job Description

We are looking for skilled Full Stack Engineers/Lead with 2 to 7 years of experience to join our team at iLink Multitech Solutions Pvt. Ltd, responsible for designing and developing innovative software solutions.

Roles and Responsibility

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
Develop high-quality, scalable, and efficient code using various programming languages and technologies.
Lead the development team in implementing best practices and coding standards.
Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding guidelines.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to improve existing systems.

Job Requirements

Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or Ruby.
Experience with front-end development frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
Knowledge of database management systems including MySQL, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL.
Familiarity with agile development methodologies and version control systems like Git.
