As a Full-Stack Engineer at Quash, you will play a crucial role in developing the next generation of the AI-powered QA platform. You will be working at the intersection of web development, AI integration, and platform scalability. Your responsibilities will include: - Building and maintaining high-quality, responsive UIs using React.js and Next.js. - Developing modular and maintainable frontend architecture with TypeScript, React Hooks, and state management tools like Zustand, Recoil, or Redux. - Creating clean and scalable backend services using Spring Boot (Java) and Python (FastAPI, Flask, or Django). - Designing and integrating RESTful APIs, authentication flows, and microservices. - Working with MongoDB for efficient schema design, data modeling, and query optimization. - Optimizing frontend and backend performance to ensure a smooth and secure user experience. - Collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Design, and AI teams to ship user-first features. Qualifications required for this role include: Frontend: - Strong experience with React.js, Next.js, TypeScript, and CSS. - Solid understanding of modern JavaScript (ES6+) and component-based architecture. - Experience with state management, React Hooks, and frontend performance tuning. - Proficiency in building responsive, performant, and modular UIs. - Knowledge of API integration and auth flows. - Bonus: Experience with Electron.js for cross-platform desktop applications. Backend: - Proficiency in Java (Spring Boot) for backend service development. - Experience in Python with FastAPI, Flask, or Django. - Deep understanding of RESTful API design and microservice architecture. - Experience with MongoDB, authentication, and secure API practices. - Bonus: Familiarity with DevOps, Docker, AWS, and CI/CD pipelines. AI & Integrations: - Practical experience integrating LLM APIs like OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, etc. - Understanding of prompt engineering, RAG, and vector databases. - Interest in building AI-first product features combining logic with intelligent automation. - Curiosity and willingness to experiment with emerging AI SDKs and frameworks.
