Job Description

As a Full Stack Engineer at Mastercard Data Governance & Regulation team, you will play a crucial role in advancing the Connect experience for customers and internal users. You will work in a collaborative and innovative environment where you will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and contribute to the development of scalable and globally distributed applications. **Role Overview:** - Develop applications with scalability and global distribution in mind. - Introduce new technologies and recommend new platforms/libraries. - Implement using Angular JS and React JS. - Demonstrate excellent design principles such as DRY, Single Responsibility, and SOLID. - Implement IoC and Dependency Injection. - Build reusable frameworks. - Drive measurable improvements in software maintenance, operational, and runtime characteristics. - Provide feedback on peer design and code, including optimization and simplification recommendations. - Troubleshoot problems, define root cause, and permanently correct within application and dependent systems. - Lead projects to improve engineering, test, and operations. - Collaborate with other engineers using Agile methodology to deliver exceptional user experience. - Create proof of concept applications. - Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation. - Ensure adherence to established quality control practices and software development processes. **Key Responsibilities:** - Hands-on experience with Java 11+, React, Angular, JBehave, Spring Boot, SQL, RDBMS (Oracle and Postgres), NoSQL (Mongo, Cassandra). - Develop and run microservices. - Lead projects to improve engineering, test, and operations. - Troubleshoot problems, define root cause, and permanently correct within application and dependent systems. - Comprehensive knowledge of team architecture. - Ability to be high-energy, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to function under pressure. - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. - Quickly learn and implement new technologies, frameworks, and tools. - Support multiple concurrent activities. **Qualifications Required:** - Java, REST API, Pivotal Cloud Foundry, Jenkins, Angular, React, Cassandra, Swagger, Git. - Experience with design principles and frameworks like DRY, Single Responsibility, and SOLID. - Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset. - Ability to learn and implement new technologies quickly. - Proactive and detail-oriented with a high degree of initiative.
