Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.- Develop and implement new software programs and applications.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.- Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the applications.- Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to mitigate and address these issues. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Spring Boot.- Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies.- Experience in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.- Knowledge of relational databases and SQL queries.- Familiarity with version control systems like Git. Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
