About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated Junior Software Engineer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for freshers or early-career professionals with solid foundational skills in Full Stack Development, React, Node.js, and Tailwind CSS. You will work closely with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful features in a dynamic startup environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain web applications using Node.js and React under guidance.
• Assist in designing and implementing RESTful APIs.
• Write clean, readable, and maintainable code.
• Build responsive UIs leveraging Tailwind CSS.
• Work with state management libraries like Redux or Zustand.
• Integrate caching mechanisms such as Redis.
• Implement and support message queues/event-driven systems (Kafka, AWS SQS, etc.).
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
• Learn and work with PostgreSQL and ORM tools (e.g., Prisma).
• Actively seek mentorship and contribute to a positive team environment.

Mandatory Skills (Must Have):

• Full Stack Development
