Full Stack Developer

As a MERN Stack Developer at our company, you will play a crucial role in our engineering team by contributing to the development of our innovative software products. You will be expected to rapidly grasp the existing systems and components and actively participate in expanding them as our business continues to grow. Your primary responsibilities will include coding, designing, testing, and maintaining software applications and components. You will engage in hands-on development and upkeep of various software elements, conduct code and design reviews, and employ a test-driven development approach to ensure the delivery of high-quality code. Effective communication is key in this role, as you will be required to craft clear emails and Slack notifications, provide proactive status updates, present structured fact-based arguments, and collaborate effectively with team members. Utilizing critical thinking skills, you will need to strike a balance between short-term needs and long-term goals, anticipate potential issues, and identify necessary requirements. Taking initiative is highly valued, and you should be proactive, take ownership of tasks, and see them through to completion. In terms of technical requirements, proficiency in ES6+ (EcmaScript 6+), JavaScript, NodeJS, React, Express, and either MySQL or MongoDB is mandatory. Knowledge of GraphQL is advantageous, along with familiarity with Linters, Webpack, Grunt, and Gulp. Additional skills such as GraphQL, Serverless, Microservices Architecture, and AWS services would be beneficial. The ideal candidate should adhere to established standards and best practices, possess a strong understanding of core JavaScript and Object-Oriented Design principles, demonstrate effective problem-solving abilities, and be adept at tackling complex challenges. The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team is essential. Qualifications for this role include a B.Tech or MCA degree in Computer Science or a related field, along with 0.6 months to 1 year of experience in a functional or technical capacity, specifically in the realm of Web Development. Prior knowledge and experience in the specified technical specialty will be advantageous for this position.,
