Role Overview: You will be joining the core development team of Visibeen as a Full Stack Developer with expertise in AWS deployment and architecture. Your main responsibilities will include developing scalable web applications, integrating APIs, automating deployments, and enhancing cloud performance. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working on frontend, backend, and cloud infrastructure to build SaaS products from inception to expansion. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain full-stack web applications for the Visibeen platform. - Build and optimize scalable APIs and backend logic using Node.js / Express / Python. - Design dynamic frontends using React.js / Next.js with reusable components. - Manage database schemas, queries, and integrations (MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL). - Set up and maintain AWS infrastructure (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, CloudFront, etc.). - Automate deployment pipelines using CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, CodePipeline, etc.). - Ensure application security, uptime, and scalability. - Collaborate with product designers and founders to implement ideas into functional modules. - Monitor and troubleshoot production issues, optimize performance, and minimize downtime. Qualifications Required: - Frontend: React.js / Next.js, HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind / Bootstrap - Backend: Node.js / Express.js / Python (Django or Flask optional) - Database: MongoDB / PostgreSQL / MySQL - Cloud & DevOps: AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, Route53, Lambda, CloudWatch, CloudFront) - Version Control: Git / GitHub - CI/CD Tools: AWS CodePipeline, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions - API Integration: RESTful & GraphQL APIs Experience Required: - 3-6 years of proven full-stack development experience. - Minimum 1-2 years hands-on experience with AWS (deployments, scaling, architecture). - Strong understanding of software security, caching, and performance optimization. - Previous experience in constructing SaaS platforms is advantageous. Soft Skills: - Startup mindset ownership, adaptability, and speed. - Problem-solving attitude with a focus on scalability. - Clear communication and documentation skills. - Ability to work independently and collaborate in agile teams. Education: - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
