Senior Full Stack Software Developer (Hybrid - Mumbai) We are looking for sharp problem-solvers with a strong Ownership Mindset to drive the development of high-impact web products in the Supply Chain and Logistics domain. We prioritize talent and foundational skills, welcoming candidates with a minimum of 1 year of hands-on coding experience. The Challenge & The Impact The Full Stack Developer will contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of the companys internal and customer-facing web products. The core challenge you will be helping us solve is: "How do we keep building new products and features while keeping the system highly performant and scalable " Core Responsibilities Full-Stack Development: Design, develop, and maintain robust web applications using our core stack: Node.js (NestJS), Angular, MongoDB, and MySQL. API & Backend Mastery: Build highly scalable and efficient backend APIs and ensure seamless integration across all services. Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code while upholding best practices and architectural standards. Collaboration & Review: Actively participate in code reviews, debugging, and system optimization to ensure high performance and reliability. Solution Design: Collaborate closely with the Tech Lead and Product team to effectively translate complex business needs into robust, practical technical solutions. Technology Stack (Our Tools) We maintain a modern, containerized, and cloud-native stack: Backend & Data Node.js (primary, especially NestJS), with Python used for specific services. RabbitMQ for messaging and Redis for caching. We utilize both MySQL (Relational) and MongoDB (NoSQL) databases. Frontend Angular 11 with all development conducted in 100% TypeScript. Infrastructure & Deployment GCP (with extensive use of GKE, Cloud SQL, Memorystore, Stackdriver, and Load Balancer) and AWS (S3, SES, SQS). All applications are built and deployed as Docker images using Kubernetes (GKE) for orchestration. Stackdriver is used for centralized logging and monitoring. Qualifications & Skills We are looking for hands-on experts who thrive in a fast-paced, product-based environment. Essential Foundations Experience: Minimum 1 year of coding experience (including internships and freelancing, provided concurrent experience is not counted twice). Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Technical Proficiency: o Good knowledge of OOPs fundamentals. o Basic knowledge in any backend technology (preferably Node.js/ExpressJS/NestJS). o Basic knowledge in any frontend technology (preferably Angular). o Experience in designing database schemas and writing SQLs in MySQL and/or MongoDB. o Basic knowledge of Version Control tools (Git). Soft Skills: o Ownership Mindset: Strong bias for action and ability to work with minimal supervision. o Analytical Thinking: Excellent analytical and logical thinking skills for debugging and problem-solving. o Collaboration: Effective communication within cross-functional teams. o Adaptability to changing priorities. Good to Have Skills Experience in the Logistics or Supply Chain domain. Experience in developing Enterprise SaaS products.
