Full-Stack Developer

Role Overview: You will be joining as a Full-Stack Developer with expertise in React.js and Node.js, responsible for both frontend and backend development, API handling, UI integration, and ensuring high-quality production delivery. You will be working from the office in Gurgaon and utilizing your personal laptop under the Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) policy. Key Responsibilities: - Frontend (React.js) - Develop responsive and interactive UI using React.js and modern component libraries. - Create reusable components, maintain a clean UI architecture, and optimize performance. - Integrate REST/GraphQL APIs efficiently and manage global/local state. - Ensure mobile responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility. - Backend (Node.js) - Build REST/GraphQL APIs using Node.js, Express/Nest.js. - Implement authentication, authorization, input validation, and secure server-side logic. - Manage integrations, background tasks, and structured API responses. - Monitor API performance, errors, and logging. - Database - Work with PostgreSQL/MySQL/MongoDB or similar databases. - Design schemas, optimize queries, and ensure data accuracy. - Perform indexing, migrations, and database-level optimizations. - General Engineering - Adhere to clean code principles, modular structure, and maintainable architecture. - Utilize Git, branching strategies, and CI/CD pipelines effectively. - Debug issues across UI, backend, and database layers. - Engage in code reviews and technical planning. Qualification Required: - Strong knowledge of React.js with JavaScript/TypeScript. - Proficiency in backend development using Node.js and API creation. - Understanding of authentication methods (JWT, OAuth), sessions, cookies, and security best practices. - Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and cloud deployment environments. - Familiarity with Git, pipelines, and common cloud deployment environments. Additional Details (if available): The work environment mandates Work From Office (WFO) and requires candidates to bring their own laptops meeting minimum specifications.
