Full Stack Developer

Role Overview: You are a highly skilled Full-Stack Engineer with experience in building, scaling, and maintaining modern software products. Your role involves working on both front-end and back-end development and collaborating with product, design, and engineering teams to drive architectural decisions and contribute to the technical roadmap of the company. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end features across the full technology stack including front-end, back-end, APIs, and databases. - Build secure, scalable, and resilient applications capable of supporting high usage and rapid growth. - Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to deliver high-quality user experiences. - Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following best engineering practices. - Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to the long-term platform evolution. - Integrate AI-powered features where applicable and mentor junior engineers. - Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize applications for maximum performance. - Proactively identify areas of improvement in architecture, workflow, and tooling. Qualification Required: - Strong proficiency in both front-end and back-end development. - Hands-on experience with modern front-end frameworks like React, Vue, Angular, Next.js. - Experience building APIs using Node.js, Python, Go, Java, or similar server-side technologies. - Strong understanding of databases, both SQL and/or NoSQL. - Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, Azure, and containerization with Docker and Kubernetes. - Proven ability to build production-grade systems end-to-end. - Exposure or strong interest in AI-driven product development. - Experience in a product-based company with a focus on scalable consumer-facing applications and enterprise-grade platforms. - Strong problem-solving abilities, end-user empathy, and familiarity with modern testing frameworks.
