Description

TalentGum is seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer with expertise in both front-end and back-end technologies to build and maintain scalable web applications.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing robust APIs, managing databases, and creating intuitive, user-friendly interfaces.

This role involves close collaboration with designers, product managers, and backend engineers to ensure seamless integration across the technology stack. The candidate will also troubleshoot technical issues, optimise application performance, and participate in code reviews to maintain high standards of code quality and reliability.

Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain scalable web applications using both front-end and back-end technologies.

- Design and implement RESTful APIs and manage data flow between client and server.

- Work with databases (SQL or NoSQL) for efficient data storage and retrieval.

- Collaborate with UI/UX designers and integrate front-end interfaces with back-end logic.

- Debug, troubleshoot, and optimise application performance across the full stack.

Requirements

- 3-5 years of experience in full stack web development.

- Proficient in front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React.js or Angular.

- Strong back-end experience with Node.js, PHP (Laravel), or other server-side technologies.

- Good understanding of databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB).

- Familiar with Git, RESTful APIs, and Linux-based development environments.
