Full Stack Developer

As a Full Stack Developer at Rx One Care Pvt. Ltd., you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and deploying scalable healthcare applications integrated with secure APIs and data platforms. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend systems using Python (Flask / Django). - Building interactive and responsive front-end components using React / Next.js / HTML5 / CSS3 / JavaScript. - Managing and optimizing MongoDB databases for performance and scalability. - Developing and integrating RESTful APIs with third-party healthcare systems (EMR, HIS, IoT devices). - Implementing automated testing, continuous integration, and deployment pipelines (CI/CD). - Collaborating with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, DevOps, and Clinical) to deliver production-ready features. - Ensuring code quality, security, and data compliance in line with healthcare standards (HIPAA, NDHM). Qualifications required for this role include: - 3+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack development. - Strong command of Python, Flask or Django, and REST API development. - Proficiency in MongoDB and familiarity with SQL databases. - Front-end skills in React / Next.js or similar frameworks. - Working experience in CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Docker, etc.). - Strong understanding of version control (Git) and cloud deployment (GCP / AWS). - Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and teamwork skills.
