Full Stack Developer (React + Node)

As a Senior Software Engineer on a 12-month contract with a permanent WFH (Work from Home) working model, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable software solutions that align with the business objectives. Your role will involve a comprehensive review of the current code and architecture to identify areas for improvement, followed by the development and implementation of agreed changes. Your key responsibilities will include designing, developing, and maintaining robust and reliable software solutions, reviewing existing code and architecture to identify improvement areas, and implementing enhancements to improve performance and maintainability. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new features is crucial. You will be expected to utilize AWS services such as Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, SQS, and SNS, implement infrastructure as code using Terraform, and integrate portal interfaces with Salesforce, Zuora, or Commerce Tools. Designing and implementing workflows using AWS Step Functions, as well as developing serverless architectures and microservices-based applications, will also be part of your responsibilities. To qualify for this role, you should have at least 8 years of experience in software development, proficiency in React and Node.js, and extensive experience with AWS services, including Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, SQS, and SNS. A strong understanding of cloud infrastructure principles, experience with Terraform for infrastructure as code, and hands-on experience with AWS Step Functions are required. Experience with portal interface integration with Salesforce, Zuora, or Commerce Tools, as well as with serverless architectures and microservices-based applications, is also necessary.
