Full Stack Developer

As a Full Stack Developer (React & Node) at the Gurugram office, you will play a crucial role in software architecture design, development, and debugging. Your responsibilities will include: - Engaging in software architecture design with intermediate and advanced knowledge to meet specified requirements. - Implementing enhancements within existing software architecture and suggesting improvements. - Collaborating with Engineering and Product Managers to ensure project requirements align with business objectives. - Prioritizing programming tasks following the Agile Scrum methodology. - Designing scalable solutions at an enterprise/global level. - Conducting unit testing and maintaining quality control throughout the implementation process. - Developing a deep understanding of the product's business logic to engage confidently with clients. - Participating in technical discussions with global customers to understand and address their problems effectively. To qualify for this role, you should have: - Minimum 7 years of experience in full-stack development. - Proficiency in Software Algorithm Design, Performance Tuning, Debugging, and Development Fundamentals. - Quick learning ability in Software Product Development and Business Logic. - Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and reporting skills. - Experience working in global teams with excellent communication skills. Your technical skills should include: - Proficiency in Object-Oriented design and design patterns. - Experience with Microservice architecture. - Expertise in Node, Python, Express, Java, and React for user interfaces. - Familiarity with distributed databases (SQL and NoSQL). - Working knowledge of cloud platforms, preferably AWS. - Familiarity with web standards like JavaScript, CSS, JSON, and XML. - Experience with SaaS products and Git-based code versioning tools. - Knowledge of continuous integration practices.
