About the Role:
We are seeking a Senior Full-Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions. This role involves building robust backend systems, contributing to frontend features, mentoring developers, and collaborating closely with product and engineering teams. You will work with modern technologies to deliver high-quality, maintainable, and efficient solutions.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain applications using Node.js, Nest.js, and TypeScript.Build event-driven systems using Kafka, Redis, and PostgreSQL.Containerize applications with Docker and deploy/manage with Kubernetes.Contribute to React.js frontend development where applicable.Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications.Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.Mentor development teams and uphold code quality standards.Participate in code reviews and foster knowledge sharing.Maintain thorough technical documentation.Identify areas for improvement and propose innovative solutions.Leverage AI tools and services to enhance software functionality when applicable.Must-Have Skills:Node.js, Nest.js, TypeScriptRedis and event-driven architecture experience (Kafka preferred)PostgreSQL or other relational database experienceDocker and KubernetesHighly Recommended:React.js frontend experienceHands-on experience with CRM platformsProduct-oriented mindsetNice-to-Have:Familiarity with CRM systemsExperience with CCaaS or VoIP solutions.
