Full Stack Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain responsive, user-friendly interfaces using

  Next.js

  (SSR, SSG, dynamic routing, API routes).
• Build and optimize backend services and

  RESTful APIs / GraphQL APIs

  for performance and scalability.
• Design, manage, and query data using

  MongoDB

  (with indexing, caching, and performance tuning).
• Implement

  authentication flows

  (JWT, hashing, session handling, login/signup).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate product requirements into functional features.
  
• Write

  clean, modular, testable code

  in

  JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript

  .
• Implement

  performance optimization techniques

  (code splitting, caching, query tuning).
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues across the stack to ensure smooth user experiences.
  
• Deploy and maintain applications on

  cloud platforms

  such as

  Vercel, Netlify, or Railway

  .

Must-Have Skills

• Strong proficiency in

  Next.js

  (SSR, SSG, dynamic routing, API routes, file-based architecture).
• Solid foundation in

  React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript

  .
• Experience with

  MongoDB

  (including search indexes and NoSQL data modeling).
• Hands-on experience with

  RESTful APIs, authentication (JWT, hashing, session handling)

  .
• Proficiency with

  Git/GitHub

  and collaborative workflows.
• Familiarity with

  Tailwind CSS

  and

  responsive web design

  .
• Strong problem-solving ability and eagerness to learn new technologies.
  
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  

Good-to-Have Skills

• Exposure to

  cloud deployment platforms

  (Vercel, Netlify, Railway).
• Knowledge of

  frontend performance optimization

  (code splitting, caching, lazy loading).
• Basic understanding of

  search indexing

  (MongoDB text indexes, ElasticSearch).
