Full Stack Developer

You are an experienced Full Stack Developer with a strong proficiency in NestJS and Python, particularly focused on AI/ML-based solutions. Your expertise in the MERN stack will be an added advantage. Your passion lies in designing robust backend architectures, developing scalable APIs, and working on AI-integrated applications. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around developing and managing scalable backend services using NestJS within a Node.js environment. You will be tasked with integrating and implementing AI/ML features using various Python libraries and frameworks such as TensorFlow, OpenAI, and NLTK. Collaborating closely with the front-end team using React.js, you will contribute to delivering cohesive and comprehensive full-stack solutions. Additionally, optimizing applications for performance, scalability, and security will be a key focus along with participating in code reviews and adhering to coding standards. Researching and implementing AI-driven features based on project requirements will also be part of your role. Your skill set must include proficiency in NestJS coupled with a strong grasp of Python, particularly in AI/ML libraries. Hands-on experience in building RESTful APIs, integrating Python scripts with backend services, and familiarity with databases like MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL are essential. Knowledge of deploying AI models in a production environment is also crucial. Having experience with the MERN stack, familiarity with frontend tools like React.js, and exposure to cloud services such as AWS, GCP, or Azure will be advantageous. Prior experience with LLMs, Chatbots, or AI assistants is considered a bonus. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, along with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in full-stack or backend development. This is a full-time position based in Mohali, Punjab, with benefits including paid sick time. The work schedule is during day shifts, and the work location is in person.
