AI-driven Software Engineer

What You'll Do:

Develop, enhance, and maintain backend services using
.NET Core / .NET 6+
Work with
MS SQL Server
(procedures, indexing, query optimization)
Build sleek and responsive frontends using
React/NextJS/Angular
or any modern frontend
Use
AI pair-programming tools
(ChatGPT, Cursor, Copilot, Lovable, etc.) to accelerate development
Troubleshoot, test, and deploy
Take ownership of your work and communicate clearly (remote-friendly!)

We're Looking For:

of 3 or more years of experience
Interest in AI, automation, and efficiency
Good eye for UI/UX (even if you're not a designer)
Proven experience using
AI tools to assist in development
(Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, etc.)
Version control with
Git
or similar, obviously
Can work independently, but knows when to ask questions(Proactive communication)

AI & Automation Skills

Daily use of
AI pair-programming tools
Knowledge of prompt-engineering techniques
Ability to turn high-level instructions into working solutions using AI
Comfortable experimenting with low-code/no-code workflows
Understanding of AI-assisted development lifecycle
