Position Details: Senior Associate - Product Engineer Chennai, Tamil Nadu Description: Job Title: Full Stack Developer (MERN + WordPress) Job Summary: We are looking for a talented and passionate Full Stack Developer with 2 4 years of experience who is proficient in the MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) stack and has hands-on experience working with WordPress. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality web applications, custom WordPress themes/plugins, and integrating both technologies where necessary. Key Responsibilities: Develop scalable web applications using MERN stack. Design and implement RESTful APIs and backend logic using Node.js and Express.js. Build and maintain responsive front-end interfaces with React.js. Customize WordPress themes and plugins as per client requirements. Integrate third-party APIs and data sources. Collaborate with product managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions. Ensure code quality, performance, and scalability. Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems. Optimize applications for speed and responsiveness across devices. Requirements: 2 4 years of hands-on development experience in MERN stack. Strong experience in building and maintaining WordPress websites, themes, and plugins. Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frontend frameworks. Familiarity with MySQL and MongoDB. Good understanding of version control systems like Git. Experience with deployment and CI/CD tools is a plus. Knowledge of security best practices in both Node.js and WordPress. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Nice to Have: Experience with custom WordPress plugin development. Familiarity with Next.js or other modern JS frameworks. Knowledge of SEO best practices for WordPress. Prior experience in agency or client-facing roles.
