The Job

We are looking out for a Developer  who will play an important role in creating and maintaining the strategic partnership between business needs and technology delivery. The Developer's role is to plan, design, develop and launch efficient systems and solutions in support of core organizational functions. This individual will apply proven communication, analytical and problem-solving skills to help identify, communicate and resolve issues, opportunities or problems in order to maximize the benefit of IT and Business investments. The Developer is experienced and self - sufficient in performing his/her responsibilities requiring little supervision, but general guidance and direction.

• Design, develop and modify software applications/systems according to specifications.
• Support and troubleshoot software systems as required, optimizing performance, resolving problems, and providing follow-up on all issues and solutions
• Provides support to the software development leads (Senior Developer) during the design portion of the SDLC
• Ensures that systems are properly integrated.
• Demonstrate mastery in software engineering and exposure to cloud

Your Profile

An Ideal Candidate will be a Bachelors degree holder or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Management Information Systems and/or equivalent work experience with 2-4 years of relevant experience in .NET & AWS Technology along with experience in React/Angular(React preferred)

• Full stack developer working on critical frameworks, core business capabilities.
• Excellent hands-on development skills (full stack) including popular JavaScript UI frameworks (e.g.: React, NextJS), C#, .net 8.0 or higher and RDBMS (MS SQL Server),PostgreSQL, NoSQL database; related design patterns/principles/frameworks.
• Experience with SQL query performance tuning/optimization.
• Experience with ETL tools and data pipelines
• Knowledge of data replication and migration techniques (e.g., AWS DMS)
• Understanding of data modeling, transformation, and validation
• Understands Technology systems & applications, integration (UI integration to backend APIs, etc.), Component Driven Development and microservices architecture.
• Ensure regulatory compliance requirements are addressed (e.g., PCI, PII, GDPR)
• Great at coding, unit testing and on time delivery of quality components and or applications
• Effective participant of requirement gathering and analysis, prototyping, deployments and release planning/execution
• Demonstrate an innovative mentality by staying aware of new developments within the technology space and identifying which technologies to adapt to provide value to our business.
• Ensure timely commitments, pass unit testing, and meet functional and non-functional requirements.

What will help you propel from the pack (Preferred Qualifications):

• 2 years of hands-on experience with foundational AWS Services (EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, CloudTrail, CloudFront, Lambda, EKS, ECS, etc. DynamoDB etc.)
• Understanding of serverless technologies
• Modernization of legacy services as applications are migrated to the cloud
• Experience with cloud security controls, DevSecOps and CICD pipelines
