Full Stack Developer (Django+ JavaScript) Company: Staar Payout Private Limited Company Overview: We are a fast-growing FinTech/transactional systems company operating globally across payment orchestration and real-time financial services. Our stack includes Django-based microservices, Django Templates for frontend rendering, and REST APIs at scale. We’re looking to modernize our frontend stack and optimize our architecture for performance, security, and scalability. Responsibilities: Develop, maintain, and optimize Django-based web applications and RESTful microservices. Build dynamic user interfaces using Django Templates, Vanilla JavaScript, jQuery, and ES6+ features. Work with PostgreSQL databases, Celery task queues, Redis caching, and AWS infrastructure. Integrate frontend logic with backend services using AJAX/fetch and ensure smooth user interaction without full-page reloads. Improve existing UI interactions and progressively enhance frontend features using modern JS best practices. Collaborate with DevOps to ensure CI/CD and secure deployment across services. Conduct code reviews, write clean and maintainable code, and contribute to technical architecture decisions. Requirements: 2–5 years of experience in Django (or similar Python-based frameworks). Strong command over HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+) , and jQuery . Experience with Django Template rendering , CSRF handling, and secure web development practices. Good knowledge of REST API consumption , AJAX/fetch , and cross-service integrations . Familiarity with PostgreSQL , Redis , and Celery . Understanding of security threats (XSS, CSRF, IDOR) in transactional systems. Exposure to tools like Git, Docker, and basic AWS services (S3, EC2, RDS, etc.). Good to Have: Experience migrating from jQuery to modern JavaScript or lightweight frameworks (e.g., Alpine.js, Stimulus). Familiarity with frontend tooling (Webpack, Babel, ESLint, Prettier). Basic understanding of payment gateways, Payin/Payout systems, or transactional compliance workflows. Exposure to Prometheus/Grafana, NGINX/Gunicorn setups.
