Full Stack Developer

As a Full Stack Developer at Counterpoint, your role will be to lead the redevelopment, stabilization, and optimization of the Counterpoint Research website. You will rebuild and enhance the current architecture using React, Next.js, and Nest.js to ensure strong performance, SEO compliance, and scalability across all regional subdomains. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead website rebuild and stabilization using React + Next.js (frontend) and Nest.js (backend). - Optimize server-side rendering (SSR) and dynamic routing for SEO and performance. - Build and maintain APIs, integrations, and reusable components. - Improve site performance metrics (Core Web Vitals, Lighthouse scores). - Implement and manage staging, deployment, and version control (Git). - Develop basic content management/admin modules for internal use. - Collaborate closely with UI/UX Designer and QA Engineer to ensure quality and consistency. - Work with the marketing and SEO teams to optimize technical structures for indexing and discoverability. **Qualifications Required:** - Frontend: React.js, Remix, Next.js, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), Tailwind or similar CSS frameworks, Global State Management (Zustand) - Backend: Node.js, Nest.js, RESTful APIs - Language: TypeScript - Database: MySQL (basic familiarity, RDB) - DevOps / Tools: Git, Understand of Git Flow, CI/CD (GitHub Actions), Nginx or equivalent server configuration - Performance: Core Web Vitals, caching (Redis/Varnish), SSR optimization - SEO Knowledge: Dynamic meta rendering, canonical handling, sitemap and schema integration - Hosting / Infra: Familiarity with Vercel, AWS, or similar cloud environments, CloudFlare **Soft Skills Required:** - Strong ownership and problem-solving mindset. - Excellent collaboration with marketing, design, and analytics teams. - Ability to write clean, modular, and well-documented code. In addition, you are expected to demonstrate self-motivation, keen interest in analyzing the technology and telecom sectors, excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
