About the Role

We’re looking for a Full Stack Developer (Backend Focus) who is passionate about building high-performing, scalable, and secure web applications. The ideal candidate will be strong in backend development but also comfortable working on frontend components when needed.

You’ll collaborate closely with our product, design, and engineering teams to deliver robust, user-friendly solutions that power our platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend APIs, services, and databases.
• Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate APIs and deliver end-to-end features.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues across the stack.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and propose improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 1-2 years of professional experience in backend development.
• Strong proficiency in [e.g., Node.js / Python / Java / PHP].
• Experience with frontend frameworks such as React, Vue.js, or Angular.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, database design (SQL/NoSQL), and version control (Git).
• Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, or cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
