Full Stack Developer as Tech Lead

You are a self-motivated and detail-oriented Full Stack Developer with the ability to work independently and collaboratively. You specialize in designing and developing responsive web apps, with a focus on quality and the ability to perform code reviews. As a Tech Lead, you have a minimum of 5 years of development experience and at least 2 years of experience in a Tech Lead role. Your expertise lies in React.js (Flux or Redux), Node.js, Web Socket, Messaging Que, RabbitMQ, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, XML, and jQuery. Experience in React Native is considered a plus. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, mentoring, and reviewing NodeJS & React JS. You will optimize applications for maximum scalability, ensure brand consistency, and identify potential opportunities for application code optimization. Additionally, you should have a good working knowledge of multiple back-end frameworks (e.g., Spring, SpringBoot), REST services, and API design. Familiarity with databases such as Oracle, Postgres, MySQL, and MongoDB is required. Experience with Micro-Services architecture, DevOps tools, code versioning with Git, Agile software development techniques, and supporting tools like JIRA is essential. You will collaborate with a remote team of designers, engineers, and project managers, demonstrating good communication skills and an analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude. Previous experience working in a Linux environment and with open-source libraries is beneficial. Your ability to work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle will be crucial for success in this position.,
