Full Stack Developer as Tech Lead

Job Description: As a Full Stack Developer and Tech Lead at the leading IT company in Jodhpur, you will have a self-motivated and detail-oriented approach, capable of working independently or collaboratively. Your primary responsibility will revolve around designing and developing responsive web applications. Your tasks will include developing, mentoring, and reviewing NodeJS and React JS code to ensure high-quality and efficient code reviews. Moreover, you will focus on optimizing applications for scalability, maintaining brand consistency, and identifying opportunities for code optimization. Key Responsibilities: - Lead a tech team with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a Tech Lead role - Utilize your 5+ years of development experience with technologies such as React.js (Flux or Redux), Node.js, Web Socket, Messaging Queue, RabbitMQ, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, XML, and jQuery - Experience with React Native is considered advantageous - Demonstrate familiarity with multiple back-end frameworks (e.g., Spring, SpringBoot), REST services, and API design - Knowledge of databases like Oracle, Postgres, MySQL, and MongoDB - Proficiency in Micro-Services architecture, DevOps tools, Git for code versioning, Agile software development methodologies, and tools like JIRA - Collaborate effectively with a remote team comprising designers, engineers, and project managers - Work within a Linux environment using open-source libraries - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle - Possess strong communication skills and analytical problem-solving abilities Qualifications Required: - At least 2 years of experience in a Tech Lead position - 5+ years of overall development experience - Excellent working knowledge of React.js (Flux or Redux), Node.js, Web Socket, Messaging Queue, RabbitMQ, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, XML, and jQuery - Experience with React Native is considered a plus - Understanding of multiple back-end frameworks, REST services, and API design - Familiarity with databases like Oracle, Postgres, MySQL, and MongoDB - Proficiency in Micro-Services architecture, DevOps tools, Git for code versioning, Agile methodologies, and JIRA - Ability to collaborate effectively with remote teams and work proficiently in a Linux environment - Strong communication skills and adept problem-solving abilities,
