Full Stack Developer (Angular + Liferay)

As a Full Stack Developer, your main responsibility will be to develop and maintain Liferay-based applications with a focus on high performance, scalability, and security. You will be tasked with implementing custom Liferay themes, portlets, hooks, and modules to fulfill specific business requirements. Additionally, you will be creating dynamic and responsive front-end applications using technologies such as AngularJS, React, Vue.js, and jQuery. In this role, you will also work with Azure Cloud Services for deployment, scalability, and cloud-based integrations. You will design and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services to facilitate seamless communication between the backend and frontend components. It will be crucial to optimize UI/UX performance, ensure cross-browser compatibility, and implement responsive design practices. Troubleshooting and debugging application issues to guarantee smooth operation and user experience will be part of your daily tasks. Collaboration with designers, backend developers, and DevOps teams will be essential to streamline development workflows. Staying updated with the latest technologies in Liferay, Angular, and cloud services is also a key aspect of this role. To excel in this position, you should possess at least 5 years of experience in software development, focusing on Liferay and AngularJS. Expertise in Liferay development, including portlets, hooks, themes, and workflow customizations, is required. Strong knowledge of Azure & Cloud Services, JavaScript, TypeScript, CSS3, HTML5, and front-end frameworks like Angular is also necessary. Experience with RESTful API development, third-party integrations, debugging, and problem-solving skills in both front-end and backend development are essential. Moreover, familiarity with version control systems like Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices is beneficial. Excellent communication and teamwork skills are crucial for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams. Additional skills that would be advantageous for this role include experience with microservices architecture, headless CMS in Liferay, Docker, Kubernetes, serverless computing in Azure, Liferay's headless API, and GraphQL integrations. Possessing Liferay and cloud certifications, such as the Liferay DXP Developer and Azure Developer Associate certifications, would also be considered a plus.
