We are looking for a high-performance Full Stack Developer based in Pune who uses AI tools like ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, and other AI-based assistants to write and optimize production-grade code faster and more efficiently. The ideal candidate is not just a coder, but a smart problem-solver who uses AI to boost productivity, reduce bugs, and accelerate development cycles.

Key Responsibilities:

Use AI coding tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, Tabnine, etc.) to speed up development, automate repetitive tasks, and maintain high-quality code.

Develop, test, and deploy full-stack web applications using modern frameworks and AI-enhanced workflows.

Build robust APIs, microservices, and backend logic using Node.js, Python, or PHP.

Design and implement responsive UIs using React.js / Next.js / Angular.

Generate test cases, perform code reviews, and refactor code with the assistance of AI.

Collaborate with product managers, designers, and fellow developers in a fast-paced, on-site environment.

Leverage AI to stay up-to-date with best practices, libraries, and emerging technologies.

Skills & Experience Required:

3 4 years of full stack development experience in a production environment.

Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript, React.js, Node.js, or Python/PHP.

Daily user of AI-assisted coding platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, Tabnine, CodeWhisperer).

Strong understanding of how to prompt AI tools effectively for code generation, debugging, and documentation.

Experience working with REST APIs, Databases (MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL), and version control (Git).

Knowledge of CI/CD, Docker, or cloud deployment is a bonus.

Must be based in Pune and willing to work from office full-time (Mon Fri).
