Role Description

This is an online role for a Full Stack AI Developer. The Full Stack AI Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining both front-end and back-end components of the platform. Day-to-day tasks include coding, testing, and integrating AI-driven features, collaborating with the team to implement software solutions, and ensuring the overall functionality and optimization of the platform.

Remuneration

This is an offical onboarding as a "Founding Associate" at LexQuity, solely on the basis of equity.

Qualifications

• Looking forward to working in a startup and take ownership
• Experience in Back-End Web Development, Full-Stack Development, and Software Development skills
• Knowledge of Front-End Development and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS)
• Proficiency in AI and machine learning frameworks including experience with Agentic AI
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Experience in the legal or arbitration sector is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
