Fulfillment Management Analyst

You have an exciting opportunity to work as a Fulfillment Management Analyst (Direct Contractor) with Dassault Systmes, a global leader in Scientific Software Engineering, based in Pune, Maharashtra. As a Fulfillment Management Analyst, your primary role will involve delivering digital certificates (keys) to grant customers or partners the right to use Dassault Systmes (DS) licensed software solutions. You will be responsible for processing various license key requests for internal and external customers in alignment with DS policies and guidelines. Your key responsibilities will include understanding software solutions packaging, analyzing license key requests based on applicable rules, ensuring quality and completeness, and providing appropriate feedback to requestors when necessary. Additionally, you will assist requestors on various topics related to product licensing, manage customer licenses installed base for consistency, and ensure high quality in all deliverables. To qualify for this role, you should have 0-to-3 years of experience in software sales or finance administration, along with a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting (equivalent work experience considered). Excellent communication skills, proficiency in MS Office tools, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work well in cross-functional teams are essential. A positive attitude, structured approach towards work, and the ability to maintain quality in deliverables are also important attributes for this role.
