Job Summary

We are seeking an FTTH Engineer (Designing & Planning) to join our telecom team. The role involves planning, designing, and supporting the rollout of Fiber-to-the-Home (FTTH) networks, ensuring efficient implementation and high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct site surveys and feasibility studies for FTTH projects.
• Prepare network designs and layouts using AutoCAD/GIS tools.
• Create fiber route plans, BOQ, and BOM for project execution.
• Coordinate with survey and field teams to validate network designs.
• Support execution teams during fiber laying, splicing, and testing.
• Ensure compliance with telecom standards, safety, and quality guidelines.
• Maintain project documentation and provide regular progress reports.

Requirements

• Diploma / B.Tech in Telecom, Electronics, Electrical, Civil, or related fields.
• 1–5 years of experience in FTTH design, planning, or telecom projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, GIS, Google Earth, and MS Excel.
• Knowledge of GPON/FTTx architecture, OLT, ONT, splitters, and splicing.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and coordination skills.
