Job Title : FTS Executive Location : Mehsana Reports to (Position) : Department/Function : Main Responsibilities / Job Summary Claim and complaint management Product feedback to R&D and Sales Demand Generation Activities Training – of internal and external staff Market Intelligence – current practices by the competition, latest trends in customer service and customer experience Implementation of Marketing and Service Initiatives Sales support – support sales team in timely customer complain resolution, sales generation through customer activities etc.
