JOB PURPOSE: Training & development of dealer/distributors sales manpower and implementation of uniform sales process across Africa and Middle East 1. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES Identify the training needs. Development of training modules in association with the concerned agencies Delivery of the training and hosting of modules on E-LMS Training achievement of distributor Manpower Development of marketing collaterals / communication for distributors Please note that the Educational qualification should be from AICTE/UGC approved colleges only.
