Key Responsibilities: - Advise clients on strategic recommendations related to Financial Services Risk Management, focusing on Market Risk and Counterparty Credit Risk identification, measurement, and management. - Concentrate on financial risk identification, measurement, mitigation, monitoring, and reporting of exposures to interest rate, commodity, equity, credit, and foreign exchange movements. - Provide strategic and tactical advice on implementing processes, business enhancements, and regulatory requirements such as SA-CCR, Regulatory CVA, Risk Pricing, Valuation, Margin, and CCAR. - Collaborate with a diverse team of professionals, deliver quality client services, demonstrate technical capabilities, maintain client relationships, and cultivate business development opportunities. - Lead project components, drive high-quality results, coach staff, manage client expectations, and become a trusted advisor. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, engineering, or related discipline with 1-2+ years of relevant work experience, or a Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Management with 2 years of experience in the Financial Services industry. - Experience in areas such as Capital markets functions, Quantitative analytics, Front office risk management, Market risk management, Counterparty credit risk, CCAR and Stress Testing, Risk governance, Capital management, and derivatives product knowledge. - Excellent communication, problem-solving, and solution development skills are essential.
