You will lead a team of finance professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to enhance team performance. Collaboration with clients to understand their financial needs and deliver tailored solutions that meet their objectives will be a key aspect of your role. **Key Responsibilities:** - Oversee and manage finance functions, including AP, AR, and reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations. - Lead a team of finance professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to enhance team performance. - Collaborate with clients to understand their financial needs and deliver tailored solutions that meet their objectives. - Implement best practices and process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within finance operations. - Monitor financial performance metrics and provide insights to senior management for decision-making. - Ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial data, including month-end close processes. - Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive collaboration and achieve business goals. **Qualification Required:** - Proven experience in finance managed services, with a focus on AP, AR, and reconciliations. - Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail. - Proficiency in financial software and tools, with a solid understanding of accounting principles. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
