Frontend Solution Architect/Lead Engineer (React.js)

As a Senior React JS Developer at Aubergine, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of scalable front-end applications and guiding architectural decisions across complex systems. Your role will involve: - Designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance web applications using React.js and related technologies such as NextJS, Redux, TypeScript, and Webpack. - Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use. - Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers. - Integrating front-end code with backend APIs, including RESTful and GraphQL. - Writing clean, scalable, and maintainable code following industry best practices and internal guidelines. - Performing code reviews and mentoring junior developers to ensure high-quality deliverables. - Designing end-to-end software architectures to ensure scalability, reliability, and performance. - Collaborating with product managers, UI/UX designers, and backend teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions. - Evaluating and recommending tools, technologies, and frameworks for project needs. - Defining coding standards, architecture guidelines, and best practices across teams. - Providing technical leadership in system integrations and AWS cloud architecture. - Overseeing project delivery with attention to system quality and performance. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering. - 7+ years of software development experience, with at least 5 years in React.js. - Proven experience in architecting scalable front-end and full-stack applications. - Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks. - Strong understanding of RESTful services, GraphQL, microservices, and cloud-native development. - Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, Docker, and container orchestration tools (e.g., Kubernetes). - Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills. - Familiarity with DevOps practices and cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP. - Agile/Scrum experience and familiarity with JIRA or similar tools.
