Key Responsibilities:. Lead and mentor a cross-functional UI/UX development team to deliver high-quality web applications.. Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into engaging user experiences.. Design, prototype, and iterate interface solutions using wireframing and prototyping tools.. Develop, maintain, and optimize responsive web interfaces utilizing React, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.. Ensure pixel-perfect execution from design through to code implementation, maintaining design consistency and usability.. Integrate with backend RESTful APIs and manage data flows with MongoDB and PostgreSQL.. Advocate for best practices in UI/UX design, accessibility, and web performance throughout the project lifecycle.. Required Skills and Qualifications:. Proven experience leading UI/UX projects with hands-on expertise in React, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.. Demonstrated proficiency in wireframing and prototyping user interfaces.. Strong working knowledge of MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and RESTful API integration.. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a passion for clear and effective collaboration..
