Frontend Engineer II - Ads Platform

As a talented Frontend Engineer for Rippling's Ads Platform team in Bangalore, India, you will be a key contributor to the development of cutting-edge infrastructure that delivers highly relevant content in the form of ads and emails to precisely targeted audiences. Your role will involve building core components of Rippling's Ads Platform, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving revenue growth while ensuring an exceptional user experience. Key Responsibilities: - Build core components of Rippling's Ads Platform to enable in-product cross-sell and product-led growth through tools like campaign management, audience targeting, and performance analytics. - Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to translate product requirements into well-designed, intuitive user experiences. - Participate in technical design discussions, write clean, maintainable code, and engage in code reviews to maintain a high engineering standard. - Take ownership of medium-to-large projects and see them through to completion with guidance from senior engineers and tech leads. Qualifications Required: - 3+ years of experience in front-end engineering roles. - Strong understanding of JavaScript fundamentals. - Hands-on experience with JavaScript/TypeScript (especially ES6+), React, HTML, CSS, and unit and integration testing frameworks. - Knowledge of front-end performance optimization techniques. - Familiarity with creating engaging and scalable interfaces in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. - Comfortable working in an environment that promotes autonomy and innovation to develop creative frontend solutions. - Bonus points for experience in the Ads/Growth domain.
