About The Role Rippling is looking for a skilled Frontend Engineer to join the Ads Platform team in Bangalore, India, as part of the team's expansion for the upcoming growth phase. Joining the Ads Platform team at Rippling means becoming an integral part of the engineering organization. Working closely with the marketing and product teams, you will be involved in developing advanced infrastructure to deliver highly targeted content such as ads and emails. Your work will focus on maximizing buying opportunities, driving revenue growth, and ensuring an exceptional user experience. What You Will Do You will: - Develop core components of Rippling's Ads Platform, facilitating in-product cross-selling and product-led growth using tools like campaign management, audience targeting, and performance analytics. - Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to convert product requirements into well-designed, user-friendly interfaces. - Engage in technical design discussions, write clean and maintainable code, and participate in code reviews to maintain high engineering standards. - Take charge of medium-to-large projects, overseeing them to completion with guidance from senior engineers and tech leads. What You Will Need To be successful in this role, you should have: - A minimum of 3 years of experience in front-end engineering positions. - A solid grasp of JS fundamentals. - Hands-on expertise with JavaScript/TypeScript (especially ES6+), React, HTML, CSS, and unit and integration testing frameworks. - Knowledge of front-end performance optimization strategies. - Experience in developing engaging and scalable interfaces within a dynamic, fast-paced setting. - Comfort working in an environment that fosters autonomy and innovation to devise innovative frontend solutions. - Bonus points for experience in the Ads/Growth domain.,
