Key Responsibilities: Develop responsive and accessible web pages using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frontend frameworks Work with Optimizely CMS/DXP to implement custom frontend components, templates, and personalization features Collaborate with backend developers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality digital experiences Optimize frontend performance, SEO, and accessibility Customize and extend Optimizely blocks and templates Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and agile ceremonies Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive design standards are met Integrate with APIs and third-party tools (e g , analytics, A/B testing, personalization) Required Skills & Experience: 2+ years of frontend development experience in a CMS environment, preferably with Optimizely Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3/SASS, JavaScript, and jQuery Experience with frontend frameworks/libraries like React, Vue js, or Angular (depending on implementation) Strong understanding of Optimizely CMS templates, blocks, and view rendering Familiarity with Optimizely DXP, Content Delivery API, and personalization features Knowledge of version control systems (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and Agile/Scrum workflows Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills Good understanding performance optimization techniques Experience with headless CMS implementations using Optimizely Content Delivery API Familiarity with Optimizely Commerce Cloud (for B2B/B2C ecommerce sites) Knowledge of TypeScript, Webpack, and RESTful APIs Experience integrating A/B testing or personalization tools (e g , Optimizely Experimentation, Google Optimize) Optimizely certifications (Developer, Commerce, etc ) are a plus
