Frontend Development Lead

As a SAP Frontend Engineering Lead for Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP) Hive within Standard Chartered, your role is to lead the solution'ing and development of SAP estate, particularly focusing on user interfaces for FTP hive on SAP Fiori and Service Bench. You will be responsible for developing a robust strategy and vision for a great user experience across all FTP systems. Your key responsibilities include understanding treasury teams" objectives, funds transfer pricing, contributing to Hive Metrics, fostering positive team dynamics, managing technology-owned risks, ensuring compliance with governance standards, and serving as a technical expert to govern developments towards high standards. Key Responsibilities: - Develop a robust strategy and vision for a great user experience across all FTP systems. - Understand treasury teams" objectives and funds transfer pricing. - Contribute to Hive Metrics including Say-Do ratio and Speed to Market. - Foster positive team dynamics and build great relationships within the hive. - Ensure all Technology-owned risks for the domain are communicated, mitigated, and managed. - Manage various governance standards and lead the team to compliance. Qualifications: - Education: Graduates or Post Graduate training in Liquidity & Business Analysis. - Certifications: Data, Business Analysis.
