Role Overview

React Frontend Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Build and optimize modern, responsive, and user-friendly front-end applications using

  React.js

  .
• Collaborate with UX/UI teams to translate wireframes and designs into high-quality code.
  
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility, accessibility, and pixel-perfect implementation.
  
• Integrate with RESTful APIs and collaborate with backend developers for smooth data exchange.
  
• Implement state management solutions (

  Redux, Context API, Recoil

  ).
• Write clean, reusable, and testable code with best practices for performance and maintainability.
  
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
  
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and propose improvements.
  

Required Skills & Experience

• 5 10 years of professional front-end development experience.
  
• Premier education background (

  IIT, NIT, BITS, IIIT, ISB, IIM

  or equivalent Tier-1 institutes).
• Strong expertise in

  React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript

  .
• Solid understanding of

  HTML5, CSS3, SASS/LESS

  , and responsive design principles.
• Experience with state management tools (Redux, Context API, etc.).
  
• Proficiency in

  front-end build tools

  like Webpack, Babel, or Vite.
• Strong knowledge of

  RESTful API integration

  and asynchronous programming.
• Unit testing experience (

  Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress

  ).
• Ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Financial services / investment banking domain experience.
  
• Familiarity with

  Next.js
