Frontend Developer Cloud Native Apps

The ideal candidate for the Senior Frontend Developer / Lead position should possess a high level of skill and experience in React.js, TypeScript, and AWS. As part of our growing team, you will be responsible for leading the development of scalable and high-performing web applications. In addition to this, you will have the opportunity to mentor junior developers and collaborate with backend and DevOps teams to ensure the delivery of quality software solutions. Your key responsibilities will include leading and contributing to the development of dynamic and responsive web interfaces using React.js and TypeScript. You will also be tasked with designing reusable and maintainable UI components with CSS and Styled Components. Collaboration will be a key aspect of your role as you work closely with designers, backend engineers, and product managers to define, implement, and optimize user experiences. Additionally, you will be responsible for integrating and consuming RESTful APIs and GraphQL services, as well as collaborating in microservices architecture and containerized deployment workflows. Ensuring code quality through unit, integration, and E2E testing (specifically Playwright and Jest) will be another important aspect of your role. You will also take ownership of deployments and support infrastructure on AWS, participate in code reviews, performance tuning, and development best practices. In terms of technical skills, you should have a strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript, with a preference for React.js and optional experience in Vue.js. Your expertise should also extend to styling with CSS and Styled Components, API integration with REST, GraphQL, and JSON, microservices architecture, testing with Jest and Playwright, DevOps & Cloud technologies such as AWS and Docker, as well as version control using Git. Any additional skills in Node.js would be considered a bonus.,
