Frontend Developer

Responsibilities

Frontend Developer

• Implement a modern,

  responsive, mobile-first UI/UX design

  .
• Revamp ~20–25% of existing website pages for improved navigation & readability.
  
• Develop filterable layouts for “Ongoing, Completed & Global Projects” sections with image/video support.
  
• Integrate social media, visitor counter, search bar.
  
• Optimize pages for SEO, accessibility, and fast loading.
  

Backend Developer

• Strengthen and optimize the

  PHP/MySQL backend

  (current tech stack).
• Develop APIs and ensure smooth

  integration with HRMS/ERP (SpineHR, SAP, Office 365)

  .
• Ensure scalability for

  multi-region sub-sites

  (/in, /us, /au, /ca).
• Implement inquiry mechanism with anti-spam guardrails.
  
• Ensure security, performance, and compliance (GDPR/Indian IT Act).
  

Requirements

• Frontend Developer:

  3–6 years experience, strong in ReactJS / Angular / Vue, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, responsive design, SEO basics.

• Backend Developer:

  3–6 years experience, strong in PHP, MySQL, API development, ERP/HRMS integrations, scalable architectures.
• Knowledge of

  Azure/AWS cloud hosting

  preferred.
• Prior experience with

  enterprise-grade websites/portals

  is a strong plus.
• Ability to deliver within strict timelines (Phase 1 delivery in 5–6 weeks).
