Frontend Angular Developer

Role Overview: As a Frontend Team Lead (Angular), your main responsibility is to architect the web frontend and ensure that the software meets business, quality, and operational requirements. You will be focusing on scalability, speed, cross-browser compatibility, security, and availability of all applications and processes. Your role also involves conducting design and code reviews, mentoring the team, collaborating with other organizations, troubleshooting code level problems, managing technical roadmap and technical debt elimination, and motivating and educating team members on coding standards and best practices. Your goal is to balance time, resources, and quality constraints to achieve business and strategic goals. Key Responsibilities: - Architect the web frontend and conduct design and code reviews - Develop, test, debug, and document new and existing components - Focus on scalability, speed, cross-browser compatibility, security, and availability - Drive and participate in code and document reviews, and mentor the team - Collaborate with peer organizations, devops, and support organizations - Troubleshoot code level problems quickly and efficiently - Manage technical roadmap and technical debt elimination - Motivate and educate team members on coding standards and best practices Qualifications & Experience: - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; or equivalent experience - 5-8 years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 4 years building Single Page Applications using Angular Additional Details: Degree in computer science or related field preferred, but not required.,
