Fronted Designer

A previous experience with a branding/digital marketing agency is worth the brownie points. Minimum 5+ years of experience and a good command on wire frame tools and designing software is required.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including designers, content creators, and project managers to translate business requirements into innovative design solutions
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to continuously improve the user experience
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, technologies, and best practices to push the boundaries of digital design
• Bring your creative flair and technical expertise to Implement and maintain content management systems (CMS) to empower clients with intuitive website management
• Ensure seamless integration between design and development by working closely with the engineering team

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
• Minimum 5-10 years of experience as a Graphic Designer or UI/UX Developer
• Proficient in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, Figma
• Hands-on experience with front-end development technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Passion for creating exceptional user experiences and a portfolio showcasing your work
