Job Description

  • Admin/Fontdesk Executive: (F)
  • Experience: 4-5 years
  • Skills: MS office, mail drafting, Excel, word, Power point. Knowledge of Tally will be added advantages.
  • Age Criteria: 30-36 years
  • Remuneration: 20 to 24 k.
  • Maintain Employee Attendance for all branches
  • Keep records and forward to account department of office billing i.e. telephone, light bill, courier charges bill etc.
  • Coordinate attend with visitors and partners and guest
  • Able to work on All office admin work and activities like arranging meetings, hotel booking, travel booking, stock maintaining, employee documentation, recruitment, performance appraisal etc.
  • Education: Graduate/Post Graduate any discipline
  • Preferred candidates staying in nearby area.
  • Candidates who wish to re-start after a career break and looking for a steady job are welcomed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
