Job Description

Overview: The Front Office Support/Telecaller will be responsible for managing outbound and inbound calls, addressing patient/service enquiries, promoting hospital services, coordinating appointments, maintaining call logs, and supporting overall patient relationship activities. The role ensures courteous communication, timely follow-ups, accurate information sharing, and supports the hospital’s branding and service outreach.

4. Database & Documentation

6. Other Supporting Duties

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate / HS Passed with good communication skills (English, Hindi, Assamese preferred).
  • Minimum 1 year experience in telecalling / customer service (healthcare preferred).
  • Computer proficiency – MS Office / Excel / CRM usage.
  • Good telephone etiquette, persuasive skills, and patient handling ability.
  • Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per month
