Front Office Sales Executive (Health Care)

We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Front Office Sales Executive (Health Care) to manage patient interactions at the front desk and convert enquiries into confirmed treatment plans. This role involves continuous patient interaction at the front desk; candidates with a pleasant personality and strong communication skills are preferred. And this role requires strong communication, counselling, and persuasion skills, along with a patient-friendly and ethical approach. Key Responsibilities Greet and attend walk-in patients and enquiries in a professional manner Explain treatment procedures, packages, and benefits clearly to patients Counsel patients based on doctor recommendations and guide them towards suitable treatment plans Handle patient objections tactfully and convert enquiries into confirmed treatments Follow up with patients who have shown interest but not yet confirmed Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and billing team for smooth patient flow Maintain accurate records of enquiries, conversions, and follow-ups Achieve assigned daily and monthly conversion and revenue targets Ensure high levels of patient satisfaction and trust Required Skills & Qualifications Female candidates preferred Previous experience in healthcare sales / hospital front office / clinic counselling preferred Strong communication and convincing skills Ability to explain medical or treatment-related information in simple terms Target-oriented mindset with ethical sales approach Basic computer knowledge (billing software, Excel, WhatsApp follow-ups) Pleasant personality and professional appearance Experience 1–3 years’ experience in healthcare, hospital, clinic, or wellness centre sales preferred Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude may also apply Salary & Benefits Fixed Salary: ₹ 15000 to 22000 per month Attractive performance-based incentives ₹ 5000 to 10000 Growth opportunities based on performance Supportive work environment Work Location On-site – Chennai Full-time position Why Join Us Reputed healthcare organisation Performance-based growth and incentives Direct involvement in patient care and revenue growth How to Apply Interested candidates may apply through Indeed or contact us directly for an interview.
