Job Description

As a Real Estate Front Office Receptionist at our Lucknow office, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a welcoming environment for our guests and maintaining the smooth operation of our front desk. Your key responsibilities will include: - Greeting and welcoming guests upon their arrival, providing a positive first impression. - Directing visitors to the appropriate person or office efficiently. - Answering, screening, and forwarding incoming phone calls promptly. - Ensuring the reception area is tidy and well-stocked with necessary stationery and materials. - Providing accurate information to guests in-person, over the phone, and via email. - Maintaining office security by following safety procedures and monitoring access via the reception desk. - Handling incoming and outgoing calls with proper etiquette, maintaining detailed call records, and directing calls to the relevant person or extension. Qualifications required for this role include: - Minimum 6 months or more experience in Front Office, preferably in Real Estate or Hotel Industry, or freshers are welcome. - Excellent communication skills in English and a sharp presence of mind. - Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel, along with a pleasant personality and voice. - Bachelor's degree is a must for consideration.
