Profile Details: Location: Dona Paula, Goa Experience: 2-3 years Preferred Experience: Prior experience with a real estate developer, handling cafeteria, admin tasks, and managing walk-ins. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner. Manage front desk operations including calls, emails, and appointments. Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings and maintaining office supplies. Coordinate cafeteria operations and ensure cleanliness and stock levels. Calling Leads and convincing them for a site visit. Prioritize and manage walk-ins, directing them to appropriate personnel. Skills Required: Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Proficiency in MS Office and basic administrative tools.
